MRA与DSA在脑血管疾病中的对照研究

目的:探讨磁共振血管造影(MRA)对脑血管疾病的诊断价值。方法:68例脑血管疾病患者(脑动脉瘤36例,血管畸形20例,血管狭窄闭塞性病变12例)经MRI/MRA和DSA对照检查。结果:MRA可以对62例患者做出正确诊断,结合靶MIP、MPR和原始像,其诊断符合率为91.2%。对动脉瘤的诊断符合率为86.1%,动静脉畸形为85%,12例血管狭窄闭塞性疾病与DSA相一致。3DPC及3DTOF可显示1-5级脑血管分支,2DTOF显示血管畸形具优势,3DTOF增强提高了动脉瘤的检出率。结论:MRA具有安全、可靠和方便的优点,是脑血管疾病筛查的有力工具。

Comparative Study of MRA and DSA in the Dioagnosis of Cerebrovascular Diseases

Objoctive To investigate the value of MRA in diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases. Methods 68 cases of disease（36 of cerebral aneurgsm,20 of vascular malformations, 12 of artenal stenotic occlusive diseases）were given MRA and DSA examination. Results MRA gave out the correct diagnosis in 62 patients,combining target MIP MPR and the original image,the sensitivity rate was 91.2 %.The sensitivity rate of aneurgsm,vascular malformations,and arterial stenotic occlusive diseases checked outwas 86.1%- 85 % and 100 %.3D PC and 3D TOF could show 1-5 steps vascular branches clearly, while 2D TOF and 3D TOF had the advantage of displaying vascular malformations and cerebral aneurgsm respectively. Conclusion MRA is a safe,convenient and reliable measure in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases.
