| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重型颅脑外伤开颅术的术中护理特点。方法回顾性分析江阴市人民医院2008年80例重型颅脑外伤手术资料，总结护理经验。结果80例患者均行开颅血肿清除术，术中手术顺利，护理方法得当，术后安全返回ICU。74例康复出院，3例死亡，3例自动出院。结论手术室护士掌握重型颅脑外伤的病理生理知识，熟悉手术过程，可提高手术效率。

| Abstract: | [ Objective] To investigate the nursing features of severe craniocerebral trauma during operation. [ Methods ] A retrospective analysis was performed on 80 cases of severe craniocerebral trauma in Jiangyin People＇s Hospital in 2008, the nursing experience was summarized. [ Results] All patients were performed craniotomy evacuation of hematoma successfully, nursed well and went back to ICU safely. 74 patients were cured, 3 patients died and 3 patients automated to discharge. [ Conclusion ] Operating room nurse who masters pathophysiology of severe craniocerebral trauma and operating procedure can raise operating efficiency. |
