| 摘 要： | 目的:分析晚期肿瘤住院患者的生存状况，探讨生活质量、疼痛等因素对患者生存状况的影响。方法:对390例晚期肿瘤患者进行回顾性分析及随访调查，对中位生存期、生存率等进行生存分析。结果:全部因所患肿瘤死亡病例的中位生存期为9个月，平均生存期16.401个月，1年累计生存率0.406±0.025，5年累计生存率0.057±0.012。不同性别、确诊年龄、原发病灶、是否接受过手术、疼痛发生时间及生活质量等因素对患者生存期的影响有统计学意义。结论:早期发现、确诊、有效的手术治疗以及早期综合干预治疗提高患者生活质量是延长肿瘤患者生存时间的重要手段。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the survival conditions of inpatients with advanced cancer,the quality of life，pain and other factors impact on patient survival condition.Methods:Retrospectively analyze and follow-up 390 advanced cancer patients.Analyzed the median survival time，survival rate.Results:The median survival time of all the cases died of cancer was 9 months，mean survival time was 16.401 months，the accumulative survival rate in 1 year was 0.406±0.025，5 years was 0.057±0.012.Different genders，age，primary lesion，whether to accept surgery，time of pain，quality of life and other factors impact on patient survival time were statistically significant.Conclusion:Early detection，early diagnosis，effective surgical treatment and comprehensive intervention can improve patient quality of life. |
