介入治疗先天性心脏病118例近期疗效评价

目的：评价应用国产封堵器治疗动脉导管未闭（PDA）、房间隔缺损（ASD）室间隔缺损（VSD）的近期疗效及安全性。方法：118例先天性心脏病患者（PDA24例，ASD48例，VSD46例）均在X线透视及经胸超声心动图监视下经导管置入封堵器治疗PDA、ASD和VSD。结果：全组封堵成功率98．3％，所有封堵成功的患者均于术后24h、7d、1月和3月行经胸超声心动图检查，均无残余分流。结论：经导管置入封堵器是治疗PDA、ASD和VSD的一种操作简便、成功率高、疗效可靠的介入方法。

Effect of transcatheter closure of congenital heart defects with occluder in 118 patients

Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic result and safety of transcatheter closure of patent ductus arteriosus （PDA）, atrial septal defects （ASD） and ventricular septal defects （VSD） using homemade occluder. Methods： A total of 118 patients with congenital heart disease were treated with occluder through the percutaneous transcatheter under fluoroscopy angiography and transesophageal echocardiography （TTE）. Results： The success rate of occluder closure was 98.3%, No residual shunts were found 24 h after the procedure and 1 week, 1 month, 3mouths later. Transesophageal echocardiography and X ray examination showed no residual shunts in all successful cases. Conclusion： Transcathcter closure of congenital heart disease with occluder is a simple and efficient method with high success rate and good effect.
