| 摘 要： | 目的了解细菌性阴道病（BV）在妇科门诊中的患病率及治疗方法。方法对4628例妇科门诊就诊者行阴道分泌物检查,检出BV者予以甲硝唑全身及局部治疗。结果4628例受检者BV阳性623例（13.46%）,甲硝唑治疗后2周379例复查,化验全部阴性,症状消失,复查率60.83%。结论BV较多见,有近50%患者无症状,其可以并发多种感染性疾患,治疗首选甲硝唑。

| Abstract: | Objective To learn the incidence of bacterial vaginopathy (BV) in outpatient department (OPD) and discuss the treatment method. Methods The vagina secretion of 4628 outpatients was detected. The positive result cases was treated with arilin in local and generally. Results The positive rate was 13.46%. The lab results and symptoms were negative after two week arilin treatment in all 379 rechecked cases the recheck rate is 60.83%. Conclusion The BV is a kind of clinic common disease which has no symptom in nearly 50% such cases. It could combined with various other infection disease.The first treatment of BV is arilin. |
