摘    要:目的:探讨祛瘀生肌法对SD大鼠愈创模型肉芽组织中转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)水平的动态影响。方法:采用生肌化瘀方干预SD大鼠背部全层皮肤缺损模型,分别于不同干预时段(3d、7d、11d)取材,EnVision二步法免疫组化测定,并图像扫描定量分析TGF-β1、TGF-β3、水平变化。结果:第3、第7天生肌化瘀方组TGF-β1水平均高于生理盐水组(P〈0.05),第11天生肌化瘀方组TGF-β1水平低于生理盐水组(P〈0.05);第3天生肌化瘀方组TGF—β3水平低于生理盐水组,而第7、第11天TGF-β3水平高于生理盐水组(P〈0.05)。结论:生肌化瘀方有调节创面TGF—β1、TGF—β3分泌的作用,以益于加速创面愈合、减少瘢痕形成。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the dynamic influence of stasis-removing and muscle-producing therapy on expression of transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) in granulation tissue of rat wounds. Methods: The model of SD rats with full-thickness skin defect on the back was treated with the stasis-removing and muscle-producing therapy and the specimens were collected on the third, seventh and eleventh days after wounding. The expression of TGF-β1 and TGF-β3 were determined with EnVision immunohistoehemieal technique and image analysis. Results: On the third and senenth days, the expression of TGF-β1 of "ShengJi Huayu Recipe" (SJHY) Group was significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.05): and on the eleventh day, the expression of the TGF-β1 of SJHY group was significantly lower than that of control group(P〈 0.05); on the third day, the expression of TGF-β3 of SJHY Group was significantly lower than that of control group(P〈 0.05);on the day 7 and day ll,the expression of the TGF-β3 of SJHY group was significantly higher than that of control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Stasis-removing and muscle-producing therapy can regulate the secretion of TGF-β1 and TGF-β3 in wound, thus accelerating the wound healing and reducing the scarring.
