超声龈上洁治同步治疗青少年增生性龈炎疗效比较

目的对比评价超声龈上洁治同步不同药物冲洗治疗青少年增生性龈炎疗效。方法将60名患者分为三组，试验组1（1%的聚维酮碘液）、试验组2（0.12%氯己定溶液）、对照组（蒸馏水）。应用1%的聚维酮碘液、0.12%氯己定溶液、蒸馏水作为超声龈上洁治同步药物冲洗治疗的冲洗药物，测量患者上下前牙治疗前和治疗后七天复诊时探诊出血（BOP）、探诊深度（PD）、菌斑指数（PLI）、牙龈指数（GI）数值。结果1%的聚维酮碘液组（试验组1）、0.12%氯己定溶液组（试验组2）PLI的疗效均好于蒸馏水组（对照组），且显示PLT、BOP两药疗效不同。结论超声龈上洁治同步药物冲洗治疗青少年增生性龈炎临床疗效明显好于单纯超声龈上洁治。

Clinical effects of ultrasonic supragingival scaling combining with different simultaneous antimicrobiai agent irrigation for puberty hyperplastic gingivitis

Objective To compare and evaluate the clinical effects of ultrasonic supragingival scaling combining with different simultaneous antimicrobial agent irrigation on puberty hyperplastic gingivitis. Methods 60 patients with puberty hyperplastic gingivitis were divided into three groups,one group with 1 % providone-iodine （experimental group 1） ,one group with 0.12% chilorhexidine（experimental group 2） and one group with distilled water（control group）. Each group was treated with different simultaneous antimicrobial agents. Clinical assessments of bleeding on probing（BOP）, probing depth（PD）, plaque index（PLI）, gingival index（GI） were made just before and 7days after treatment. Results The effects of the group of 1% providone-iodine and the group with 0.12% chilorhexidine were better than the group of distilled water on PD,PL1,BOP and GI（P〈0.05）. Except for PLI,there was no distinct effect between the group of 1% providone-iodine and the group of 0.12% chilorhexidine on PD,BOP and GI（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical effects of ultrasonic supragingival scaling combining with simultaneous antimicrobial agent irrigation for puberty hyperplastic gingivitis is better than simple ultrasonic supragingival scaling.
