血管介入、间质介入序贯治疗中晚期原发性肝癌的临床研究

目的　探讨血管介入、间质介入序贯治疗在治疗中晚期肝癌的临床价值。方法　应用血管介入、间质介入序贯治疗中晚期肝癌共 85例 ,并与同期的 3 0例单纯间质介入治疗 ,3 6例单纯血管介入治疗进行疗效比较。结果　序贯治疗组AFP降至正常率、肿瘤缩小 >5 0 %率、半年生存率、1年生存率分别为 65 .0 %、61.2 %、93 .9%、81.5 % ,单纯间质介入组为 3 5 .7%、3 6.7%、76.0 %、5 6.0 % ,单纯血管介入组为 3 0 .3 %、3 3 .3 %、66.7%、40 .0 % (P <0 .0 1)。结论　血管介入、间质介入序贯治疗是提高中晚期原发性肝癌生存率的有效方法

A clinical studay on sequential treatment of advanced primary liver cancer with vessel intervention and interstitial intervention

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the sequential treatment for advanced primary liver cancer (PLC) with vessel intervention and interstitial intervention.Methods Eighty cases of advanced PLC were treated by sequential treatment (group A),30 cases were treated by interstitial intervention alone (group B) and 36 cases were treated by vessel intervention alone (group C) in the same period.Results The rate of the decline to normal in serum AFP,the rate of reduction than 50 % in tumor diameter,the 0.5-year survival rate and the 1-year survival rate in group A were 65.0 %,61.2 %,93.9 % and 81.5 %,while those in group B were 35.7 %,36.7 %,76.0 %,56.0 %,and 30.3 %,33.3 %,66.7 %,40.0 % in group C respectively (P<0.01).Conclusion The sequential treatment with vessel intervention and interstitial intervention was an efficient method for increasing the survival rate of the patients with advanced PLC.
