红斑狼疮性脑病的CT诊断

摘    要:目的:探讨红斑狼疮性脑病的CT征象及其临床诊断价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析15例系统性红斑狼疮脑损害患者的CT检查结果。全部病例均符合系统性红斑狼疮诊断,临床以神经精神异常而行颅脑CT检查。结果:红斑狼疮性脑病的CT检查阳性率达93.5%(14/15)。主要CT表现包括:(1)顶枕叶或颞顶叶单侧或双侧皮层下白质内低密度区(7/15)。(2)基底节区脑梗塞(4/15)。(3)弥漫性中度以下脑萎缩(7

Abstract:Obiedive: To evaluate CT findiop of lupus erythematosus encephalopathy (LEE) in clinical diponosis. Materials and Methods: CT findings of 15 cases whth LEE were analyzed retrospectively. The diagnosis in all patients fit in with the chteria of systrm lupus erythematosus. CT scanning was those patients who experienced neuropsychic symptoms. Results: Abnormal CT signs were seen in 14 cases (93. 5%), including (1) unilateral or bilateral symmetrical low density areas at subcortical white matter in temporoparietal or pdrieto-occipital lobes (n= 7);(2) iofarctions in region of basal ganglion (n = 4); (3) diffuse and mild or moderate brain atrophy (n = 7); (4) stmmetrical calcifications of basal ganglion (n = 2). Conclusion: CT can easily demonstrate abnormalities of LEE, clearly show the site and extent of the lesioas. As CT findings are nd specilic for LEE, a close combination with clinical and laboratory is necessary for making correct diagnosis.
