长春西汀治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的临床分析

目的观察长春西汀治疗椎基底动脉供血不足临床疗效。方法选择我院2009年7月至2012年7月住院的VBI患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组给予长春西汀注射液(河南润弘制药有限公司生产)20mg加入生理盐水或葡萄糖注射液250静滴,1次/d,疗程14天;对照组给予红花黄色素注射液100mg加入生理盐水或葡萄糖注射液250静滴,1次/d,疗程14天。一疗程结束后观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率(96%)优于对照组总有效率(84%),两者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用长春西汀注射液治疗椎基底动脉供血不足疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
