62例小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床分析

目的对小儿肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)进行临床分析。方法对我院儿科2009年8月-2010年8月收治的62例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的临床资料、实验室检查、影像学资料及治疗进行回顾性分析。结果 62例患儿中以学龄期儿童为主;临床表现以咳嗽、发热为主;除肺部体征外,肺外并发症主要有消化系统、皮肤、黏膜、心血管系统、血液系统损害等;血清肺炎支原体特异性IgM抗体(MP-IgM)检查全部阳性;X线检查肺病变以支气管肺炎、间质性肺炎影像学改变为主;用大环内酯类抗生素治疗均有效。结论小儿肺炎支原体肺炎好发于学龄期儿童,临床表现多样,病程长,肺外并发症常见,可累及多个系统,诊断可结合血清MP-IgM检查,治疗方面首选大环内酯类抗生素,阿奇霉素疗效较佳。

Conclusion Children with mycoplasma pneumonia occurs in school-age children, clinical manifestations, long course of disease, pulmonary complications, can affect multiple systems ean be combined with serum MP-IgM examination, diagnosis, treatment of choice for macrolide antibiotic, azithromycin curative effect is better.
