动静脉血液滤过在烧伤合并肾功能衰竭中的应用

目的探讨特重度烧伤并发急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)的防治方法。方法总结分析我科2007年1月至2012年12月收治的199例特重度烧伤患者中并发急性肾功能衰竭的19例资料的发病。结果 19例合并急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)患者中有7例行动静脉血液滤过治疗,2例患者存活,5例死亡,病死率为71.43%。结论急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)多发生于特重度烧伤早期(14d内),烧伤面积越大,深度越深,补液时间越晚,发生率越高。烧伤合并休克、感染(脓毒症)、吸入性损伤是诱发急性肾功能衰竭的高危因素。

Use of Arteriovenous Hemofiltration in Burn Patients with Renal failure

Objective To explore, severe burn complicated by acute renal failure （ARF） control method. Methods To summarize analyze my family in January 2007 - December 2012, were 199 cases of severe burn patients with acute renal failure 19 eases of the pathogenesis of data. ResuRs 19 cases were complicated with acute renal failure （ARF） patients with 7 cases action venous blood filtration treatment, 2 patients live, 5 cases died, and mortality was 71.43%. Conclusion Acute renal failure （ARF） occurs more often in severe bum, early （14 days）, burn area is larger, the deeper the depth, rehydration the late time, the higher the incidence. Burns complicated by shock, infection （sepsis）, inhalation injury is induced acute kidney failure risk factors.
