前列腺素E1脂微球制剂治疗颈动脉粥样硬化临床研究

目的 观察前列腺素E1脂微球制剂治疗颈动脉脉粥样硬化临床疗效和安全性。方法 用双功能彩色多普勒颈动脉超声法，对50例颈动脉脉粥样硬化急性脑梗塞入选患者给予前列腺素E1脂微球制剂10ug，加生理盐水100mL静注，每日1次，共15天。观察治疗前后颈动脉彩色多谱勒检查和血液流变学相关指标变化。结果 前列腺素E1脂微球制剂治疗后，颈动脉斑块数量减少，各种斑块的厚度、面积均有不同程度下降。颈总动脉血流参数有改善，颈总动脉管腔内径扩大、颈总动脉内一中膜厚度、阻力指数、搏动指数下降；全血粘度、血浆粘度、血小板聚集率、红细胞压积均有改善；而血脂未见异常。治疗中无明显药物不良反应。结论 前列腺素E1脂微球制剂是治疗颈动脉粥样硬化安全、有效。

Clinical trial of liposomalprostaglandin E1 praperation in the treatment of patients with carotid atherosclerosis

Objective To observe the efficacy of liposomalprostaglandin E 1((Lipo PGE 1) )in patient with carotid atherosclerosis. Methods Fifty patients with carotid atherosclerosis were administrated with 10 ug Lipo-PGE 1 every day by intravenous injection for 15 days.The changes of carotid atherosclerosis observed by the Colour Doppler ultrasonography as well as laboratory test by blood were performed before and after using medicine. Results the quantities of plaque, as well as the area and thickness of plaque were decreased. The intima media thickness, resistant index and pulsative index of carotid artery were reduced also. The blood flow parameters of carotid artery were obviously improved and comman carotid artery (diameter )was enlarged as well .All blood viscosity, blood plasma viscosity, blood platelet accumulated rate, hematocrit except for serum lipid were obviously improved after treatment. No adverse reactions were observed. Conclusion Lipo PGE 1 is a efffctive and safety medicine in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis.
