Abstract:
β-Adrenergic and dopaminergic binding were studied on intact normal human lymphocytes and abnormal lymphocytes from patients with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL). For both aminergic receptors, a significant difference was found between the two groups. Our results suggest that membrane alterations in the unregulated cellular proliferation may modify several hormone receptors.
