| 摘 要： | 目的探讨BO原则下应用MIPPO技术治疗四肢骨折的方法和临床效果。方法60例四肢骨折患者均采用AO微创钢板稳定系统治疗，其中使用LCP钢板41例，LISS钢板12例，LPHP钢板7例。结果59例患者切口一期愈合，1例发生感染。全部获随访，时间12～19个月，骨折均骨性愈合，时间5～6个月；有3例10个月后出现钢板螺钉松动现象，无钢板断裂出现。患者功能恢复良好。结论MIPPO钢板具有创伤小，并发症少，骨愈合率高等优点，有着传统钢板无法比拟的优势。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the techniques and clinical effects of using minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis(MIPPO) technique to treat fracture in extremities.Methods 60 cases with fractures of the extremities were all treated by MIPPO with locking compression plate(LCP) in 41 cases,less invasive stabilization system(LISS) in 12,and locking proximal humeral plate(LPHP) in 7.Results 59 cases got primary incisions healing,while 1 got infected and were cured after treatment.All fractures got union in 5... |
