| 摘 要： | 目的分析因内固定材料断裂、松动及变形引发医患纠纷的原因，为临床防范医疗纠纷提供参考。方法统计2000年7月～2009年7月骨科及口腔颌面外科48例医疗纠纷病例，分析产生原因。结果内固定材料引发纠纷的主要原因：内固定材料松动（占50％），内固定材料变形（27．1％），内固定材料断裂（22．9％）；在赔付的11例医疗纠纷病例中骨科占81．81％，口腔颌面外科占18．18％。结论选用高质量的医用材料、加强医疗设施建设、加强医患沟通与交流是防范医患纠纷的关键。
