宜良县2006年HIV高危人群规模估计分析

[目的]了解本地HIV高危人群的数量和分布情况，为高干队伍进行为干预提供基础资料。探索一种能准确评估HIV人群规模、分布的方法。[方法]暗娼采用普查法，吸毒人员采用乘数法和提名法。[结果]通过调查估计，宜良县现有暗娼371～629人，吸毒者约有1298人，其中静脉吸毒约有1077人。[结论]暗娼人群由于部分业主报告数与调查教相差较大，造成估计间距较大，应对每个场所比例进行修正，但总体上限和下限接近真实。吸毒人群由于提名困难，造成估计数据与真实数据存在差异。

The scale estimation for the HIV high risk populations in Yiliang County in 2006

Objective To learn about the number and distribution of HIV high risk populations locally to provide the basic information for behavior intervention, and to explore the accurate approach for the estimation. Methods The approach of survey was applied in the female commercial sex workers （CSWs）, and the combination of Multiplier Method and List Up were used in the drug users. Results By the survey, there were 371-629 female CSWs and 1298 drug users （ 1077 persons were injecting drug users）. Conclusion Regarding CSWs, the estimation range is very large as the results of different data between the report from owners of entertainment establishments and the exact survey. So the ration should be modified in each establishment. But the general upper and lower limitations are close to the reality. Due to the difficulty to use list up, the variation Between the estimation and the reality exists.
