| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨人工流产后应用复方短效口服避孕药—妈富隆的临床价值。方法:将240例人工流产者随机分成两组,观察组(120例)于人工流产后服用妈富隆、抗生素及益母膏,对照组(120例)仅服用抗生素及益母膏。结果:观察组术后出血量及出血时间低于对照组(P<0.05),术后月经复潮比例高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:人工流产后应用复方短效口服避孕药妈富隆除避孕外,还能明显缩短出血时间,减少出血量,促进月经恢复。
