| 摘 要： | 目的:了解综合干预对育龄妇女安全套使用的影响,并探讨育龄妇女安全套使用行为的其他影响因素。方法:采用随机整群抽样方法抽取上海市徐汇区4个街道60个居委会,以其辖区内<49岁已婚育龄妇女为调查对象,随机分为干预组和对照组,对干预组育龄妇女在常规计划生育工作的基础上实施生殖健康知识、安全套使用宣传教育和免费发放的社区综合干预;对照组仅开展常规的计划生育服务;比较干预前后干预组和对照组安全套知识、安全套使用行为的变化。结果:干预组安全套使用频度提高的幅度大于对照组(OR=1.90,95%CI:1.34～2.45)。30～40岁年龄段育龄妇女较<30岁者干预后安全套使用频度提高幅度大、基线使用频率高者使用频度提高幅度小,研究对象的丈夫年龄较大、收入较高者干预后安全套使用频度提高的幅度较小。结论:宣教和服务等综合干预可提高已婚育龄妇女安全套的使用。干预效果受到安全套基线使用频率、妇女年龄、丈夫年龄和收入的影响。
