盐酸戊乙奎醚和阿托品对老年患者在全麻诱导和插管时心率影响的比较

目的：观察盐酸戊乙奎醚和阿托品作为术前用药时，在老年患者全麻诱导和插管时对心率变化的影响。方法：选择ASAⅡ-Ⅲ级。年龄在65-78岁之间，术前心电图检查正常，无影响心率变化疾病的择期手术病人60例，随机分为Ⅰ组（盐酸戊乙奎醚组）、Ⅱ组（阿托品组），术前分别静注盐酸戊乙奎醚和阿托品，观察并记录两组病人在用药后、插管前、插管时的心率、血压变化并进行统计学分析。结果：两组心率、血压的变化在组内、组间有统计学意义。结论：盐酸戊乙奎醚较阿托品在老年患者作为术前用药时安全、其血流动力学相对平稳，但个别患者应注意低心率、低血压的发生。

Comparison of HR effects in the anesthesia induction and intubation with penehyclidine hydrochloride injection or atropine in senile patients

Objective： To observe HR effects in the anesthesia induction and intubation with penehyelidine hydrochlofide injection or at- repine before operation of senile patients. Methods： To select the ASA Ⅱ - Ⅲgrade, 65 -78 age group, normal preoperative ECG, hadn＇t the disease of affecting heart rate 60 eases. All of patients were randomly divided into the group Ⅰ （ penehyclidine hydroebloride）and group Ⅱ （ atropine）, respectively intravenous injecting penehyclidine hydrochloride or atropine, observing and recording the blood pressure and HR change and statistical before and after intubation. Results：Two group of HR and blood pressure changesin intraclass and groups between the two groups was statistically significant. Concluslon：Penehyclidine hydrochloride group is safe and relatively stable hemodynamics as premedicant than atropine in senile patients,but few patients should care the incidence of low HR and blood pressure.
