鼻腔疾病与耳爆震聋关系的初步探讨

目的：探讨鼻腔疾病与耳爆震聋的关系。方法：对同一次爆炸所致耳聋患者共21例（36耳）根据鼻腔检查分为正常组、疾病组，并对其听力损失及预后进行比较。结果：鼻腔正常组与疾病组在治疗前及治疗后其的力损失及预后均有显著差异（P＜0．05）。结论：鼻腔无疾病不仅为正常生活所必须，而且能缓冲减轻突发性强噪声对中、内耳的损伤。

Study on the Relationship between Nasal Diseases and Explosive Deafness

Objective:To evaluate the relationship between nasal diseases and explosive deafness.Methods:Twenty-one pationts(36 ears)with explosive deafness at the same explosion were divided into the normal group and the nasal diseases group,and their hearing loss and prognosis were compared.Results:There were significant differences in the hearing loss and prognosis between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Normal nasal cavity is not only necessary for normal life and work,but also can to serve as a buffer to prevent the sudden strong noise's injury to eardrum and inner ear.
