| 摘 要： | 目的评价多层螺旋CT在甲状腺肿瘤诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析59例经手术病理或穿刺活检证实的甲状腺肿瘤的cT扫描资料。结果59例甲状腺肿瘤中。甲状腺腺瘤36例。CT诊断符合率88．9％；甲状腺癌23例，CT诊断符合率82．6％。除1例甲状腺隐匿性癌外。其余肿瘤均经CT检出。检出率达98％。结论多层螺旋CT在显示甲状腺内肿块以及对肿瘤定性诊断方面优于其他影像学方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of multislice spiral CT scan on the diagnosis of thyroid neoplasm. Methods 59 cases of thyroid neoplasm proved by operation and pathology were retrospecitively analyzed. Results In our series,36 cases were thyroid adenoma and 23 cases were thyroid carcinoma, the precise of CT diagnosis was 88.9% for thyroid adenoma and 82.6% for thyroid carcinoma. Conclusion Mutilslice spiral CT scan is better than other imaging methods in characterization and diagnosis of thyroid tumor. |
