甘肃省高校体育教师职业流行病特征调查

目的了解甘肃省高校体育教师运动损伤与身体疾病特征，提出针对性防治建议，为体育教师的身心健康发展提供参考。方法采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计进行调查分析。结果甘肃省普通高校体育教师367人，运动损伤与身体疾病均表现出高患病率的特征，分别为258人（70．3％）和226人（61．6％）；男教师高于女教师，专业课教师高于公共课教师，高级职称教师高于中、初级职称教师；膝关节损伤（49．6％）与皮肤病（33．6％）是体育教师的职业流行病。结论场地设施问题、天气与气候影响、过度疲劳是致病的主要因素。加强标准化体育场馆建设，适当减轻体育教师工作负荷，提高教师自我防护意识可降低运动损伤与身体疾病的患病概率。

Investigation on Occupational Features of College Physical Education Teacher in Gansu Province

[ Objective] To understand the features of sports injuries and physical diseases of college physical education （ PE ） teachers in Gansu Province, put forward targeted control measures, and provide evidence for physical and mental health of PE teachers. [ Methods] Questionnaire survey, literature consultation and mathematical statistics were adopted to conduct investigation and analysis. [ Results] Of 367 PE teachers＇ 258 （70. 3% ） had sports injuries, 367 （61.6%） had physical diseases, with high prevalence rate; male teachers were higher than female teachers, specialized teachers were higher than public teachers; teachers with high professional titles were higher than teachers with primary and secondary title ; knee injuries （49.6%） and skin diseases were the major occupational epidemics in PE teachers. [ Conclusion] Venues and facilities, weather and climate, and overfatigue are the main factors that induce diseases. Strengthening the standardization of the construction of sports facilities, appropriate alleviating the workload of PE teachers, and enhancing self-protection awareness of teachers can reduce the prevalence of sports injuries and physical diseases.
