| 摘 要： | ISO9000是国际质量认证标准,医院管理的重点是质量管理.本文介绍了ISO9000国际质量管理体系的内涵,将ISO9000质量管理体系引入医院医疗质量管理中,探讨了ISO9000质量管理体系的适应性和ISO9000族标准体系对提高医院医疗质量起到的促进作用,从而提升医院的医疗质量管理水平和经济、社会效益,树立良好的公众形象和提高医院的竞争力.

| Abstract: | ISO9000 abbreviated from International Standardization Orgnization is introduced into medical quality administration which is the key point of hospital management.The concept and adaptation of ISO9000 as well as the effect on medical quality improvement of ISO9000 are discussed.Introduction of ISO9000 could contribute to medical quality promotion,so as to get economic and social benefit. |
