| 摘 要： | 目的：介绍1991-2000年中国鼠疫概况，并分析10年来中国鼠疫疫情。方法：对1991-2000年全国监测资料进行整理、统计、分析。结果：目前我国有10种类型鼠疫自然疫源地，分布于19个省（区），273个县（市、旗）。10年发生鼠疫病人550例，死亡48例；检出鼠疫菌4711株，检出IHA阳性血清2743份。结论：1991-2000年人和动物间疫情都十分活跃，流行强度明显增强，新的疫源县不断发现，流行范围逐渐扩大，疫情流行呈上升趋势。

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce survey of Chinese plagu e and analyze epidemic situations of Chinese plague for ten years.Method We have Chinese surveiuance informa tions arranged in order,counted and analysed in 1991to2000.Result Ten kinds of types have been known in N atural Focuses of plague in China and distributed over 19provinces(areas),273countries(banners)at present.Five hundred and fifty patients of plague have taken plave and48cases have been dead during ten years.We have checked out Yersina pestis 4711strains and IHA positive serum 2743shares.Conclusion Hu-man and epizootic plague are extreme ly brisker,epidemic intensity have distinct improvement,new focus cou ntries are having been discovered constantly,epidemic ra nge are enlarging gradually and epid emic situations have risen tendency. |
