18～35岁不同体质量指数的年轻人血压及颈总动脉内中膜的研究

目的探讨18—35岁不同体质量指数（BMI）的年轻人血压（BP）及颈总动脉内中膜（IMT）的情况。方法对107例18～35岁年轻人测量BP，采用超声仪检测颈总动脉IMT，按BMI将研究对象分为正常体重组、超重组及肥胖组，分析三组间BP及IMT的情况。结果不同BMI的BP有显著性差异，以肥胖组最高（P〈0．05）；不同BMI的颈总动脉IMT厚度及异常检出率有显著性差异，肥胖组最高（P〈0．05）。结论18～35岁年轻人随BMI增加，血压升高、IMT厚度增加、异常检出率增加。

The study of blood pressure and carotid artery IMT between different BMI in the young people within 18~35 years old

Objective To study the blood pressure(BP)and the carotid artery Intima-media thickness(IMT)between different BMI in the young people within 18~35 years old.Methods BP of 107 cases within 18-35 years old was measured,the carotid artery was also detected by 2-dimensional and color doppler ultrasound.According to BMI,they were divided into three groups:normal,overweight and obesity groups.Results BP and IMT were significant different within three groups(P<0.05).Compared with the normal group,overweight and obesity's BP and IMT had significant different(P<0.05),and the incidence of carotid artery atherosclerotic plaque was also higher(P<0.05),it was highest in obesity's.(P<0.05).Conclusion When BMI increased,the BP and IMT of carotid artery were also increased in young people within 18~35,the incidence of carotid artery atherosclerotic plaque was higher in overweight and obesity groups.
