摘    要:细胞黏附分子(CAM)与肿瘤侵袭转移的关系密切,能够介导肿瘤细胞与细胞外基质、血管内皮细胞、实质器官组织细胞以及肿瘤细胞之间的相互作用。现就近年来细胞黏附分子在肺癌侵袭转移中的作用作一综述。

Abstract:Lung cancer is one of malignant neoplasms which have the fastest growing incidence -and morta lites worldwide.The high mortality of this disease attributes to its local invasion and/or metas- tasis to distant organs.Recent researches suggest that expression level of cell adhesion molecules is close- ly relative to invasion and metastasis of tumor cells.Adhesion molecules mainly mediate the adhesion of tumor cell to extracellular matrix,vascular endothelial cells,histiocytes or other tumor cells,and promote the invasion and metastasis of tumor cells.This is an attempt to summarize the roles of adhesion molecules in lung cancer invasion and metastasis.
