| 摘 要： | 目的:观察清降胶囊对肾实质性高血压患者血浆内皮素及血浆一氧化氮的影响。方法:入选病例62例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,观察2组血浆内皮素及血浆一氧化氮的变化。结果:治疗组治疗后血浆内皮素(ET)较治疗前明显下降(P0.05),血浆一氧化氮(NO)较治疗前明显升高(P0.05)。结论:清降胶囊治疗肾实质性高血压作用机理与该方有效抑制血浆内皮素(ET)的生成及调节一氧化氮(NO)的释放有关。
