| 摘 要： | ①目的 探讨奥氮平与氯氮平对精神分裂症患者脑电图的影响及其差异。②方法 对分别用奥氮平与氯氮平治疗各 48例精神分裂症患者 ,于服药前及服药后第 2、4、6周进行脑电图检测 ,用简明精神病评定量表 (BPRS)观察疗效。③结果 服用奥氮平 6周后脑电图异常 1 3例 (2 7.0 8% ) ,氯氮平组的脑电图异常 35例 (72 .92 % ) ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。④结论 奥氮平对精神分裂症患者脑电图的影响轻于氯氮平

| Abstract: | Objective To study EEG features of patients with schizophrenia treated with olanzapine and clozapine.Method 48 patients with schizophrenia were treated with olanzapine.other 48 patients with schizophrenia were treated with clozapine.EEG and the BPRS were recorded in 2,4,6 weeks.Result Abnormal rates were(27.08%)and(72.92%)(P<0.01) in olanzapine group and clozapine group respectly.Conclusion The abnormal EEG was lesser in olanzapine than that in clozapine group. |
