青海省2006年14岁以下儿童麻疹抗体水平分析

目的了解全省各地区麻疹强化免疫效果,为麻疹的控制乃至消除提供依据。方法在青海省8个地区各随机抽取1个县,采集14岁以下健康人群静脉血各50份,采用ELISA法检测麻疹IgG抗体。结果所调查的8个地区当中,西宁地区抗体阳性率明显高于其他地区;7岁以下者随年龄增加,抗体阳性率呈上升趋势,7～14岁组则明显下降。结论加强免疫规划工作使整个人群的免疫水平达到一个稳定的水平,是进一步控制麻疹暴发和流行的有效措施。

ANALYSIS OF THE IgG ANTIBODY OF MEASLES ABOUT HEALTHY PEOPLE IN 2006 IN QingHai

Objective To study the effect of measles' supplementary immunization around Qinghai province to provide the theory basis for controlling and eradication of measles epidemic.Methods One county have been randomly selected among 8 region.50 blood samples of healthy people under 7 ages were taken and the measles IgG antibody detected by ELISA.Results The measles IgG antibody of healthy people in Xining was higher than other 8 region,the trend of positive rate of the measles IgG antibody was remarkable raised in group of under 7 years of age,whereas 7-14 ages group was significantly declined.Conclusion Reinforcing immune plan work to gain the steady level of immunity is the better way to control the outbreak or epidemic of measles.
