| 摘 要： | 结肠癌姑息性手术意义有:1.能解除病人痛苦及精神负担,改善全身情况,为非手术治疗创造条件。2.根据化疗、免疫疗法作用特点,切除主要癌块,化疗等在抑制残余癌组织时发挥较大效应。3.由于癌分化程度及生物学特性不同,姑息切除,捷径吻合后梗阻解除可获较长时间生存。4.术中积极探查有提高清除和生存率的可能性。结肠癌姑息手术可分:①姑息性结肠癌切除,包括附近淋巴结清除。②包括被侵及邻近器官的的切除,③减轻症状的捷径吻合手术,④术中化疗药物的实施;在姑息性手术时,无论任何吻合,吻合口处须无癌灶,否则易发生吻合口瘘或再次发生梗阻。

| Abstract: | The Palliative surgical treatment for carcinoma of colon can be discussed as follows:1. Palliative surgical resection for carcinoma of colon including its near lymphonodi.2. Intestine resection including its near invaded organs.3. Shortcut anastomosis for mitigating symptoms.4. Chemotherapy was progressed in operation. On anastomosing opening of any palliative anastomostic operation, there must be no cancer tissue,otherwise, fistula of anastomostic opening or obstruction tended to be occurred again. |
