| 摘 要： | 目的评价经皮穿刺椎间盘切吸术和胶原酶溶解术治疗腰椎间盘的临床应用及疗效。方法180例中男性116例,女性64例;年龄19～79岁。其中152例行经皮穿刺腰椎间盘切吸术;28例行经皮穿刺腰椎间盘胶原酶溶解术。结果共切吸腰椎间盘172个,胶原酶溶解腰椎间盘36个。痊愈和显效为770%,总有效率为920%。结论此方法操作简单,安全可靠,效果肯定,可作为保守治疗无效且有适应症的腰椎间盘突出症的治疗方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of percutaneous lumbar diskectomy(PLD) and collagenolysis in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods: 180 cases(116 male patients and 64 female ones, from 19 to 79 year old) were treated with interventional therapy. PLD were performed in 152 ones and the other 28 ones treated with collagenolysis. Results: In all, 172 discs were cut out by PLD and 36 discs were dissolved by collagenase. The healing and excellently effective rate was 77% and the total effective rate was 92%. Conclusion: The interventional therapy is simple, safe and effective, and could be used as a chief therapeutic method for lumbar disc herniation that had been failing in conservative therapy. |
