白内障超声乳化术后低视力原因分析

目的探讨白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术后低视力发生的原因。方法采用我国低视力诊断标准，用国际标准视力表及小数记录法，统计术后3月的视力检测结果，分析研究49眼白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术后低视力有关资料。结果一级低视力22眼，占44．90％；二级低视力27眼，占55．10％。由手术本身及其并发症引起者5眼，占10．20％；由术前已存在的眼病或全身病所致者44眼，占89．80％。结论临床上不可满足于单一的白内障诊断。采取手术费包干，疏于术前检查的做法值得商榷。白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术在低视力高危人群的防盲治盲复明增视方面仍具有重要意义。

The cause of low vision after phacoemuisification and intraocular lens implantation

Objective To explore the cause of low vision after phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.Methods Adopt the diagnostic standard of low vision in our country,use the normal visual acuity chart of international,record the visual acuity three months after the operation,and analyse the connected material of 49 eyes after phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.Results (1)22 eyes(44.90%) have the first grade low vision,and 27 eyes (55.10%) have the second grade low vision.(2)Low visions of 5 eyes(10.20%) were caused by the operation itself or complication,and 44 eyes (89.80%) were caused by disease of eyes or system.(3)Although the low vision occur,the visual acuity was better than preoperation at different level.Conclusion (1)a single diagnose of cataract is not enough.(2)The way to share the fee of operation and absolve the examination befor operation should be talked over.(3)Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation not only has important meaning in prevention and treatment of blindness,but also is very important in recovering and increasing vison.
