头位助产器及其临床应用

头位助产器具有扩张阴道下段和会阴及胎头负压吸引的功能,可减轻胎头娩出时的阻力,亦可避免绝大部分产妇会阴切开之苦。经临床应用104例并与自然分娩组和会阴侧切组比较,可明显缩短第二产程,减少住院天数,经对三组病人随访,扩阴组的分娩后阴部疼痛天数明显短于其他两组,慢性下腹痛及左侧附件增厚压痛明显少于侧切组,证实助产器能起到保护胎儿及保护会阴作用。

CEPHALIC PRESENTATION LABOUR INDUCTOR AND ITS CLINICAL APPLICATION

Cephalic-presentation-labour-inductor has the function of dilating the lower portion of vagina and the perineum, as well as negative suction of the fetal caput. It may, thus, relieve the tcnicity and resistance during the delivery to fetal head and avoid the suffering of perineomy in most patients. Comparison of the results in 104 eases' application of this device (group A) with those from natural deliveries(group B)and the lateral episiotomy cases ( groupC), showed that it markly shortened the second stage of labour and reduced duration of hospitalization statically. Judging by the data obtained in following up checking of the3groups, the postpartum perineal pain lasted fewer days in group A than in group B and C. The chronic lower abdominal pain, thickening and tenderness of left side accessories also occurred in group A less than in group C. We are convinced of the conclusion that the application of this labour inductor can protect both the perineum of puerparant and the head of her foetus.
