| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨按压手法免圈套核技术在白内障囊外摘除手术中应用的安全性与有效性。方法:对570眼老年性白内障进行按压手法免圈套核技术娩核并行人工晶状体植入术,术后进行视力及并发症观察。结果:术后1wk视力检查≥0.5者为489眼(85.8%),其中有173眼视力≥0.8(30.4%),0.1～0.4者69眼(12.1%),<0.1者12眼(2.1%)并发症较低。结论:按压手法免圈套核白内障囊外摘除技术是一种安全有效的手术方式,值得在基层医院推广利用。

| Abstract: | AIM:To investigate the safety and effectiveness of manual nucleus expression without a lens loop during extracapsular cataract extraction. METHODS:Totally 570 eyes with age-related cataract underwent nucleus expression without a lens loop and intraocular lens implantation during the surgery,and the postoperative visual acuity(VA)and complications were followed.
