| 摘 要： | 在回顾农村合作医疗发展历程的基础上,对农村合作医疗制度发展的曲折性进行了探讨。新型农村合作医疗制度的实施顺应了党中央提出的努力构建社会主义和谐社会的战略任务。应该加快新型农村合作医疗制度建设,促进社会主义和谐社会的发展。

| Abstract: | On the basis of reviewing the history of rural cooperative medical system,the article discussed the development of new type of rural cooperative medical system.The implementation of rural cooperative medical care system is consistent with the strategical mission that was lodged by central party committee,the content of the mission is constructing socialistic harmonious society.The article indicates that we should accelerate the development of the new-type rural cooperative medical system to promote the constructing of socialistic harmonious society. |
