| 摘 要： | 从病因病机、临床施治、临床研究综述了健脾法在治疗大肠癌中的应用。指出:脾虚湿毒瘀阻是大肠癌最主要的发病机理,脾虚在大肠癌的发病中尤为重要。大肠癌以正虚为本,湿热蕴毒为标。宜首重健脾益气,扶正培本,调整机体的免疫功能,使正胜邪却。
