后纵隔髓外造血组织瘤样增生的MRI诊断

目的探讨磁共振成像对髓外造血组织瘤样增生的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2例病理证实的髓外造血组织瘤样增生的MRI表现及信号特点。扫描序列为SE序列T1WI、FSE序列T2WI、T2WI FS。结果病变位于后纵隔T2-T10胸椎旁，表现为半圆形、有分叶、边缘光滑的占位性病变。SE序列T1WI为等信号、FSE序列T2WI为低信号（与肌肉比），病灶周围有脂肪组织包绕。结论髓外造血组织瘤样增生T2WI低信号，病灶周围有脂肪组织包绕具有特征性。结合病史，MRI对髓外造血组织瘤样增生可以正确诊断。

MRI diagnosis of tumor-like hyperplasia in extramedullary hematopoietictissue of the posterior mediastinum

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of MR imaging in tumor-like hyperplasia in extramedullary hematopoietic tissue. Methods The diagnosis of 2 cases of tumor-like hyperplasia in extramedullary hematopoietic tissue was established by pathological examination. The MRI findings were analyzed retrospectively. The scanning sequence included SE/T1WI, FSE/T2WI, FS/T2WI. Results Lesions were located at thoracic paravertebral in the posterior Mediastinum, manifested as semicircle, lobulated space occupying lesion with smooth margin on MRI. isointense on T1WI, hypointense on T2WI (compared with muscle). Lesions were surrounded by adipose tissues. Conclusion Tumor-like hyperplasia in extramedullary hematopoietic tissue has characteristic manifestations on MRI, which is valuable in the diagnosis combined with history.
