| 摘 要： | 目的 本文对两组不同年代的不孕妇女主要不孕因素进行比较。方法 对两组病例各不孕因素构成比进行对比统计分析，结果 ９０年代继发不孕病例比８０年代明显升高，尤其是输卵管病变慢性盆腔炎引起的不孕。结论 ９０年代继发不孕增多，且与感染因素有关。本文对造成这些变化的各种因素进行了进一步探讨。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare changes of principal infertile factors in infertile women. Methods Two groups of infertile patients between different decades were compared. Results The proportion of secondary infertility cases especially those with tube disorders and chronic pelvic inflammation in the group of 90's were much higher. Conclusion The secondary infertility inclined to increase in 90s and related with infections. |
