| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳腺超声在妇女健康体检中对发现乳腺疾病的应用价值。方法以2009年在我院体检中心进行健康体检的女性为分析对象,进行分类、统计分析。结果 2 563例受检女性中,878例经超声检出有乳腺疾病,检出率达34.3%,其中乳腺增生占60.0%,居本次统计的首位;其次是乳腺囊肿、乳腺纤维腺瘤及单纯性乳管扩张,分别达15.6%、14.9%及7.7%等。结论将超声应用于女性健康体检或妇女病普查中,对患乳腺疾病的女性做到早期发现、早期诊断、早期治疗,对减少乳腺癌的发生有至关重要的作用。
