酪氨酸激酶ETK在肺癌组织中的表达及意义

目的：探讨酪氨酸激酶ETK在肺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法：应用免疫组织化学（ABC法）技术对196例肺组织标本（包括鳞状细胞癌44例、腺癌56例、小细胞肺癌71例、正常肺组织25例）ETK的表达进行分析。结果：肺癌组织中ETK阳性表达率为54．4％，其中非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）包括鳞状细胞癌和腺癌细胞中的表达率分别为34．1％和44．6％，小细胞肺癌为74．6％，ETK在小细胞肺癌中的表达率明显高于NSCLC（P〈0．05），鳞癌和腺癌细胞间的表达差异无显著性（P〉0．05），正常肺泡和支气管上皮细胞ETK为阴性。结论：ETK可能参与肺癌特别是小细胞肺癌的发病．可作为小细胞肺癌细胞的分子标记物．ETK表达与肺癌的组织学分级可能无相关性．[著者文摘]

Expression of tyrosine kinase ETK and its significance in lung cancer

Objective To investigate the expression of tyrosine kinase ETK and its significance in lung cancer tissues.Methods Immunohistochemistry(ABC method)was performed to detect the ETK expression in 196 cases of lung tissue including 44 cases of squamous carcinoma(SCC),56 cases of adenocarcinoma(ADC),71 cases of small cell lung cancer(SCLC)and 25 cases of normal lung.Results ETK expression was present in 54.4% cases of cancer.The positively-stained cancers include 34.1% in SCC,44.6% in ADC and 74.6% in SCLC.While,negative staining showed in either bronchial epithelium or alveolar cells.ETK was more frequently present in SCLC than in either SCC or ADC(P < 0.05),but there was no statistical difference of ETK expression in SCC compared with that in ADC(P > 0.05).Conclusions ETK may be involved in the pathogenesis of lung cancer especially SCLC and regarded as a novel molecular marker for SCLC.ETK expression is not significantly correlated with histopathological grade.
