| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨自我效能在改善糖尿病痛性神经病变中的应用价值。方法:将62例糖尿病痛性神经病变患者随机分为两组:护理干预组应用自我效能的理论实施护理干预,为期2月;对照组进行常规护理。结果:护理干预后干预组疼痛分值有明显下降,自我效能分值明显升高,同对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:通过自我效能的干预,能有效缓解糖尿病痛性神经病变患者的疼痛症状,提高患者自我管理水平,提高患者生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effect of self-efficiency in the improvement of painful diabetic neuropathy.Method: 62 patients with painful diabetic neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups: The intervention group received nursing intervention of self-efficiency for 2 months;Control group received routine nursing procedures.Result: After nursing intervention,the score of pain in the intervention group was decreased obviously,and the score of self-efficacy was increased significantly.Conclusion: By self-efficiency,the pain relief was obtained in the patients with painful diabetic neuropathy.The intervention of self-efficiency can reduce patient's suffering greatly and enhance the quality of life of the patients. |
