慢性肺源性心脏病并低钠血症临床探讨

目的探讨低钠血症对慢性肺源性心脏病（肺心病）住院患者预后的影响。方法对60例肺心病住院病例并低钠血症组（血钠〈135mmol/L）进行回顾性分析,并与同期非低钠血症组（血钠≥135mmol/L）,分析肺心病并低钠血症的临床特点、治疗情况及低钠对预后的影响。结果低钠血症组病死率为21.7%%,与血钠正常组（6.7%）比较统计学差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论低钠血症是肺心病病情危重的重要指标之一,能否得到及时合理的治疗是影响患者预后的一个重要因素,应引起临床医师的重视。

Clinical study on Chronic cor pulmonale with Hyponatremia

Objective To investigate the influence on prognosisof hyponatremia on Chronic cor pulmonale （ Cor Pulmonale） inpatients. Methods 60 Cor Pulmonale with hyponatremia inpatients group （ serum so-dium 135 mmol/L） and Non-hyponatremia group （ serum sodium≥135 mmol/L） during the same period were retrospectively analyzed. To analyse the clinical characteristics,treatment situations of Cor Pulmonale with hyponatremia and influence on prognosis of hyponatremia. Results Compare with the mortality rate of hyponatremia group （ 21. 7% ） and sodium in normal group （ 6. 7% ） ,it is significant difference in statistically （ P 0. 05）. Conclusion While Cor Pulmonale is critical,hyponatremia is one of the important indicators. Whether or not to treat the patients timely and reasonable is an important factor which affected the prognosis of patients. It should be aroused the attention of clinician.
