疏肝消脂方治疗非酒精性脂肪肝31例

目的:观察疏肝消脂方治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:将62例非酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各31例,对照组采用多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊和非诺贝特治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用疏肝消脂方治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效、肝功能及血脂指标。结果:对照组有效率为71.0%,治疗组有效率为90.3%,两组有效率比较,差异有显著性(P0.05);两组患者治疗后ALT、AST、TC、TG均显著降低(P0.01);且治疗组在降低TG,TC方面优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:疏肝消脂方治疗非酒精性脂肪肝疗效显著。

Thirty-One Cases with Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease Treated with Liver-Dispersing and Fat-Resolving Formula

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Liver-Dispersing and Fat-Resolving Formula on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).Methods:Totally 62 patients with NAFLD were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 31 cases in each group.Control group were given Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules and Fenofibrate for the treatment while treatment group were additionally given Liver-Dispersing and Fat-Resolving Formula for the treatment.The clinical effects,liver function and blood lipid index in the two groups were observed,Results:The effective rate was 71.0％ in control group and 90.3％ in treatment group;the difference had statistical significance (P ＜0.05).The levels of ALT,AST,TG and TC in both groups got significantly decline in both groups (P ＜ 0.01).And the decline of the levels of TG and TC in treatment group were better than that in control group (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Liver-Dispersing and Fat-Resolving Formula has remarkable therapeutic effects on NAFLD.
