中西医结合治疗晚期直肠癌38例

目的:观察中西医结合治疗直肠癌的临床疗效。方法:将70例患者随机分为观察组38例和对照组32例。对照组给予FOLFOX-4方案治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合中药治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛程度及生活质量评分,并检测两组患者治疗前后CEA、CA199变化情况。结果:观察组有效率为86.84%,对照组有效率为62.50%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后观察组疼痛评分明显低于对照组,生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者治疗后血清CEA、CA199水平均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组改善程度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗直肠癌临床疗效确切,可以缓解病痛,改善预后,提高生存质量,且不良反应少。

Thirty-Eight Cases of Late Rectal Cancer Treated with Combined Therapy of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on rectal cancer.Methods:Seventy patients with rectal cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 38 and 32 cases respectively in each group.The ones in the control group were treated with FOLFOX-4,while the ones in the observation group were added Chinese medicinal herbs based on the treatment of the control group.Then the two groups' clinical curative effects,pain degrees,life qualities were observed,and their CEA and CA199 changes before and after the treatment were measured.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 86.84％,while that of the control group was 62.50％;And the difference between them had statistical significance(P ＜0.05).After the treatment,the pain score of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group,but its life quality score was obviously higher than that of the control group;And all the differences between them had statistical significance(P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,CEA and CA199 in serum of the two groups were obviously improved than before the treatment,and the improved degree of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group;And all the differences between them had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;And the difference between them had statistical significance(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a remarkable clinical curative effect on rectal cancer,can relieve pain,improve prognosis and life quality,and has few adverse reactions.
