血必净注射液对老年全膝关节表面置换术患者血清细胞因子的影响

目的:观察血必净注射液对老年全膝关节表面置换术患者血清细胞因子的影响,总结其药理学作用,以寻找最佳治疗方法,提高临床诊治水平。方法:选取2010年4月—2013年4月本院治疗的老年全膝关节表面置换术患者80例,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用血必净注射液50 m L配0.9%氯化钠注射液250 m L静脉滴注治疗。结果:观察组治疗后APACHⅡ评分优于对照组(P0.05);观察组治疗5 d后、治疗10 d后CRP、ESR、TNF-α、IL-2、IL-6水平均优于对照组(P均0.05);对照组并发症发生率为20%,观察组并发症发生率为5%,观察组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:血必净注射液改善老年全膝关节表面置换术患者血清细胞因子,从而提高临床疗效。

The Influence of Xuebijing Injection on Serum Cytokines of Senior Patients with Total Knee Arthroplasty

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Xuebijing Injection (XBJI) on serum cytokines of senior patients with total knee arthroplasty,summarize its pharmacological functions in order to find the best treatment method,and improve clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Eighty patients who were treated in our hospital between April of 2010 and April of 2013 were chosen as the research objects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given routine symptomatic treatment,while the ones in the observation group were added 50 mL of XBJI mixed with 250 mL of sodium chloride injection with 0.9％ concentration for intravenous drip based on the treatment of the control group.Results:After the treatment,APACHⅡ score of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).On the 5th day and 10th day after the treatment,CRP,ESR,TNF-α,IL-2 and IL-6 levels of the observation group were all better than those of the control group (all P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of complications of the control group was 20％,while that of the observation group was 5％;The observation group was better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:XBJI can improve serum cytokines of senior patients with total knee arthroplasty,and the clinical curative effect.
