中西医结合治疗儿童变异性咳嗽60例

目的:观察中西医结合治疗儿童变异性咳嗽肺气亏虚证的疗效。方法:选取2013年7月—2015年6月在本院门诊治疗的肺气亏虚证儿童变异性咳嗽患者120例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各60例。对照组给予沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上加用止嗽散加味治疗。结果:两组治疗后血清中TNF-α、Ig E水平均明显低于治疗前(P0.01),且研究组血清中TNF-α、Ig E水平均优于对照组(P0.05);研究组治疗后症状总积分、生活质量评分均优于对照组(P0.05);对照组复发率36.7%,研究组复发率15.0%,研究组优于对照组(P0.01);对照组有效率83.3%,研究组有效率95.0%,研究组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗儿童变异性咳嗽肺气亏虚证疗效确切,其机制可能与降低患者血清中TNF-α、Ig E水平相关。

Sixty Cases of Child Variant Cough Treated with Combined Therapy of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on child variant cough.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with child variant cough who were treated in our hospital between July of 2013 and June of 2015 were chosen as the research objects,and randomly divided into the control group and the research group,with 60 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given salbutamol aerosol for treatment,while the ones in the research group were added Supplemented Cough-Stopping Powder based on the treatment of the control group.Results:After the treatment,TNF-α and IgE levels of the two groups were much lower than those before the treatment(P ＜0.01);TNF-α and IgE levels of the research group were all superior than those of the control group(P ＜0.05).After the treatment,the total symptoms score,the life quality score of the research group were all superior than those of the control group(P ＜0.05).The recurrent rate of the control group was 36.7％,while that of the research group was 15.0％;And the research group was superior than the control group(P ＜ 0.01).The effective rate of f the control group was 83.3％,while that of the research group was 95.0％;And the research group was superior than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a remarkable clinical curative effect on child variant cough,and its working mechanism probably has some relations with reducing the patients' serum TNF-α and IgE levels.
