穴位贴敷联合超短波治疗慢性咽炎58例

目的:观察穴位贴敷联合超短波治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年1月—2015年4月本院收治的慢性咽炎患者112例,随机分为治疗组58例与对照组54例。对照组给予穴位贴敷治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用超短波治疗。结果:对照组有效率为79.6%,治疗组有效率为91.4%,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05);治疗组临床症状评分均优于对照组(P0.05);两组患者均未出现严重不良反应,实验室指标均未出现肝肾功能异常,未有患者退出临床研究。结论:穴位贴敷联合超短波治疗慢性咽炎临床疗效显著,能改善咽痒、咽干、分泌物多、异物感、灼热感、痰多等慢性咽炎症状。

Fifty-Eight Cases of Chronic Pharyngitis Treated with Point Application in Combination with Ultrashort Wave

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of point application in combination with ultrashort wave on chronic pharyngitis.Methods:One hundred and twelve patients with chronic pharyngitis who were treated in our hospital between January of 2013 and April of 2015 were chosen as the research objects,and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 58 and 54 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given,point application,while the ones in the treatment group were added ultrashort wave based on the treatment of the control group.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 79.6％,while that of the treatment group was 91.4％;And the treatment group was better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The clinical symptoms score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The ones in both groups had no serious adverse reactions;Their lab indexes had no abnormal liver and kidney functional signs,and no patients withdrew from the clinical research.Conclusion:Point application in combination with ultrashort wave has a remarkable clinical curative effect on chronic pharyngitis,and improve the symptoms such as throat itching,dry throat,profuse secretion,foreign body sensation,burning sensation and profuse phlegm.
