手法复位配合中医分期辨证治疗老年肱骨外科颈骨折40例

目的:观察中医手法复位结合分期辨证治疗老年肱骨外科颈骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取本院收治的80例老年肱骨外科颈骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例,对照组给予西医常规闭合复位外固定(石膏)治疗,治疗组给予中医手法复位结合分期辨证中药治疗,疗程为8周,随访6个月,比较两组患者骨折恢复情况。结果:两组患者治疗后各项Neer肩关节功能评分均较治疗前明显改善(P0.05),但同期治疗组疼痛、功能及活动范围评分较对照组改善明显(P0.05),随访6个月时治疗组优良率明显高于对照组(χ2=8.520,P=0.034)。结论:中医手法复位结合分期辨证治疗老年肱骨外科颈骨折疗效显著。

Clinical Effects of Manual Reduction Combined with Syndrome Differentiation by TCM Stages on Senile Fracture of Surgical Neck of Humerus

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of manual reduction combined with syndrome differentiation by TCM stages on senile fracture of surgical neck of humerus.Methods:Totally 80 patients with senile fracture of surgical neck of humerus were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Control group were given conventional western medicine treatment of external fixation with closed reduction (gypsum plaster) while treatment group were given manual reduction combined with syndrome differentiation by TCM stages,with 8 weeks as a treatment course and 6 months of follow up.The recovery of the fracture in both groups was observed.Results:The scores of various Neer shoulder function in both groups got apparent improvement compared with before the treatment (P ＜ 0.05),and the improvement of pain,function and activity range in treatment group was better than that in control group at the same stage (P ＜ 0.05).At the time of 6-month follow up,the excellent and good rate in treatment group was obviously higher than that in control group (x2 =8.520,P =0.034).Conclusion:TCM manual reduction combined with syndrome differentiation by TCM stages has remarkable therapeutic effects on senile fracture of surgical neck of humerus.
