甘草泻心汤加减治疗复发性口腔溃疡108例

目的:观察甘草泻心汤加减治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选取2011年2月—2013年2月本院诊治的复发性口腔溃疡患者216例,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组108例。对照组予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用甘草泻心汤加减治疗。结果:对照组有效率78.70%,观察组有效率90.74%,观察组优于对照组(P0.05);对照组治疗后6个月、12个月、18个月、24个月复发率分别为30.56%、46.3%、59.26%、76.85%,观察组治疗后6个月、12个月、18个月、24个月复发率分别为9.26%、17.59%、18.52%、25.93%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组治疗后溃疡大小、溃疡数目、溃疡充血、溃疡疼痛、烧灼感积分优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:甘草泻心汤加减治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效显著,复发率低。

One Hundred and Eight Cases of Recurrent Oral Ulcer Treated with Modified Licorice Heart-Draining Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Modified Licorice Heart-Draining Decoction on recurrent oral ulcer.Methods:Two hundred and sixteen patients with recurrent oral ulcer who were treated in our hospital between Feb.of 2011 and Feb.of 2013 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 108 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine treatment,while the ones in the group were added Modified Licorice Heart-Draining Decoction based on the treatment of the control group.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 78.70％,while that of the observation group was 90.74％;And the observation group was better than the control group (P＜0.05).The recurrent rates of the control group 6 months later,12 months later,18 months later,24 months later after the treatment were 30.56％,46.3％,59.26％ and 76.85％ respectively,while those of the observation group 9.26％,17.59％,18.52％ and 25.93％ respectively;And the differences between them had statistical significance (P＜0.05).After the treatment,ulcer size,number of ulcer,ulcer congestion,ulcer pain,burning sensation scores of the e observation group were all better than those of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Modified Licorice Heart-Draining Decoction has a remarkable clinical curative effect on recurrent oral ulcer.
